Product Overview
This series of high-pressure inflatable tents is designed for rapid deployment in logistics support, large-scale equipment maintenance, and aircraft or vehicle hangar applications. The structure includes an outer canopy, inner tent, high-pressure air beams, groundsheet, guy ropes, stakes, air hoses, hammer, and a complete repair kit, ensuring fast setup and reliable operation in the field.
Material & Structure
The outer fabric is made of 300 gsm high-strength polyester with PU coating, offering excellent durability, reduced weight, and improved breathability.
The inner tent can be equipped with insulation layers to maintain a stable internal temperature, supported by an air gap between the inner and outer layers.
All seams are sealed with waterproof tape, and the outer surface is reinforced with an additional waterproof coating.
The air beams feature special coating technology for enhanced puncture, wear, and scratch resistance.
Technical Specifications

Performance & Reliability
The tent maintains structural stability for ≥90 days after a single inflation and has a service life of over 5 years. It performs reliably in extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, coastal environments, and cold climates.
Thermal Insulation
Thermal insulation is achieved through the combination of outer fabric, insulated inner tent, and air layer structure. Additional heating or air conditioning systems can be integrated as needed.
