The necessity of superior protective performance in fire helmets dictates that the shell must have sufficient thickness, which has historically limited efforts to reduce the product’s weight. This product innovatively utilizes carbon fiber as the shell material, allowing the shell thickness to be reduced to 1.5–2 mm, while also featuring an optimized structural design. While maintaining superior protective performance across all aspects, the product’s weight is reduced to 1000 ± 50 g. This represents a qualitative leap forward in the lightweighting of firefighting helmets!
Product Specifications:
1. Impact Absorption: Maximum impact force ≤ 2900 N.
2. Penetration Resistance: The steel cone does not penetrate the helmet and makes contact with the headform.
3. Flame Resistance: After the flame source is removed from the helmet shell, the flame on the shell self-extinguishes within 2 seconds, and there are no visible signs of the flame penetrating the interior of the shell.
