The Fireboard Mobile App is the mobile solution for digital incident command support. It enables on-scene documentation and coordination for both routine calls and complex, large-scale incidents.
With mobile incident management, critical information can be captured and documented in a structured format from the moment the first unit arrives. Dispatch data can be imported directly, while incident details, actions taken, and an on-scene activity log can be recorded in real time. Resources, unit status times (including FMS status changes), and crew assignments can also be documented. A georeferenced incident library provides immediate access to all relevant site and pre-incident information — even offline.
All data can be transferred to incoming command staff or a command vehicle, archived in a legally compliant manner, or exported as a report. This makes the solution ideal for smaller fire departments that want to implement digital incident documentation without maintaining a full command support structure.
With its mobile task and resource assignment capability, the Fireboard Mobile App also supports structured incident management during large-scale, geographically dispersed events. Assignments are transmitted directly to mobile devices in the field with all relevant details attached. Responding units receive real-time situational updates en route and can update assignments or add field observations on scene. Status changes and reports are automatically transmitted back to the incident command center, securely logged, and consolidated into a shared Common Operational Picture across all command levels.
Radio traffic and coordination overhead are significantly reduced, while transparency and overall situational awareness increase.
The Fireboard Mobile App is available for both Android and iOS.
