This is an EU-standard certified double-curtain inorganic fire-insulated folding door (IFRU, Insulated Fire Folding Curtain), rigorously tested to BS EN 1634-1:2014 standards. It achieves 240 minutes of fire integrity and thermal insulation performance, with a fire-resistant insulation limit exceeding 240 minutes, effectively isolating and controlling fire in emergencies.
It supports mid or side-mounted installation, driven by a fireproof motor with a maximum opening and closing speed of 0.12m/s. The door track is made of 3.0mm galvanized sheet or 3.0mm stainless steel plate, while the curtain is constructed with 2 layers of fireproof cotton + 1 layer of aluminum foil cloth, double-sided 0.5mm smoke-proof ash cloth, and 1.5mm/0.8mm stainless steel plate with fireproof filler, ensuring superior heat insulation and durability.
All materials are sourced from first-line large-scale steel mills, with a 20-year rust-free guarantee. It features flexible design: it can bend in a single span to form curved lines, or make 90°/45° bends, and can be combined to create continuous single-span curtains of unlimited length without intermediate columns.
Control options include manual push buttons and fire linkage, with optional safety devices such as temperature-controlled release and smoke/temperature sensors. Widely applied in commercial buildings, industrial factories, shopping malls, and parking lots, it delivers reliable fire compartmentation, preventing the spread of fire and high temperatures in industrial and civil buildings.
