The e-breathe MicroMax NS – B protection suit is a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) suit designed for applications involving particles, aerosols, and limited chemical protection (Type B protection). When used with a blower unit, it provides a continuous flow of filtered air and creates a positive pressure inside the suit, effectively reducing inward leakage.
The suit is made from lightweight microporous MicroMax® PE laminate, offering a reliable barrier against hazardous dusts, infectious agents, and light liquid splashes or chemical exposure. The flexible material ensures high comfort and freedom of movement.
When combined with a powered air unit, the system achieves TH3 classification according to EN 12941, ensuring very low inward leakage. The suit is designed for limited chemical protection (Type B) and meets relevant standards including EN 14605 Type 4 (spray-tight), EN ISO 13982-1 Type 5 (particle protection), and EN 13034 Type 6 (limited liquid protection). It also complies with EN 14126 for biological hazards and EN 1149-5 for antistatic performance.
Key design features include sealed seams, optimized airflow distribution, and an integrated viewing window for monitoring the blower unit. The positive pressure system reduces breathing resistance and supports extended wear times.
