With the new and patented crash system, all types of accidents, such as front, side, roof or rear accidents, can be simulated, from cars to vans to truck cabs. This enables practical training based on accident scenarios that happen every day on the roads. It is also ideal for public relations demonstrations and training.
The Crash System is an easy-to-use system for safe and accident-free deformation without endangering the emergency services themselves, because no construction machines, mobile cranes or similar equipment need to be organised or used for other purposes to deform vehicles with the Crash System.
The simulation results are achieved by four cylinders with different punches. By adjusting the pressure, different degrees of destruction can be simulated. A distance box also makes it possible to deform vehicles of different lengths.
The system can be set up and operated with a minimum of personnel (two people). It can be positioned via a crane, a winch or a forklift and is ready for use in a maximum of 15 minutes.
