Through scientific blending ratios, it is designed to overcome the limitations of pure aramid fabrics—such as stiff hand feel and poor moisture absorption—while leveraging the softness and moisture‑absorbing properties of viscose fibers to enhance wearer comfort. The core concept of aramid/viscose blended fabric is "performance complementarity"—integrating the characteristics of both fibers to achieve comprehensive properties that a single material cannot provide. Aramid delivers high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance and inherent flame retardancy to ensure protective safety, while viscose fibers contribute soft hand feel, good drapability and excellent moisture absorption and breathability, significantly improving wearing comfort. For the viscose component, we exclusively use Lenzing's flame‑retardant viscose. Lenzing FR is the only flame‑retardant fiber on the market produced using the Modal process. Its flame‑retardant agent is permanently embedded inside the fiber, ensuring that the fabric's overall flame retardancy remains unaffected. Lenzing FR also features excellent moisture absorption and breathability, helping to regulate body temperature and reduce heat stress. When burned, it does not release toxic gases such as hydrogen cyanide or hydrogen chloride; its smoke toxicity is even lower than that of ordinary non‑flame‑retardant products. It chars upon exposure to fire without melting or dripping, providing a reliable safety barrier for the wearer.
