40F series of pressure indicator for fixed fire suppression system

40F series of pressure gauges for fixed fire suppression system are the fruit of many years of research combining tens of years of professional experience in producing fire extinguisher pressure gauges.
Suitable for extinguishing agents and gases such as HFC-227ea, FK-5-1-12, IG100, IG541, N2, CO2, etc., but prohibited for use with O2，oil, and water.
Elastic precious alloy or 304 stainless steel as the material of the elastic component.
Laser welding of the bourdon tube ensures excellent sealing, the high elasticity of the material ensures big indicating angle of the pointer.
The connection between the thread and bourdon tube applies silver welding. But for gauge maximum pressure lower than 70 bar, glue bonding is applied.
The window is made from PC plastic, not easy to break.
The indication is accurate, in big angle and distinct for reading.
Maximum pressure value ranges from 4Mpa to 40Mpa (40bar to 400bar). Working pressure, lower and upper limit of working pressure, dial designs, and thread specification can be produced to meet customer’s requirement. If the order quantity is considerable, after negotiation between two parties, we can apply for UL listing.
