PREVOR manufactures active first-aid rinsing solutions for chemical burns. In the event of chemical contamination, time is of the essence to prevent chemical burns! The plant fire department or emergency responders must decontaminate thoroughly and with maximum safety.
Immediate rinsing with the active PREVIN® solution can bind the hazardous substances and stop the progression of the chemical burn.
The HEXAFLUORINE® solution was developed specifically for hydrofluoric acid, stopping both the corrosive and toxic effects of HF.
Both rinsing solutions are Class IIa medical devices that may be applied to the skin and eyes and are officially recommended in medical guidelines. PREVOR products are portable, do not require a water connection, are self-contained, sterile, and approved as safety emergency showers in accordance with DIN EN 15154-3 and 4. The body showers with the PREVIN® solution are permitted as emergency showers in hazardous materials equipment trolleys.
