The bvfa (Federal Association for Technical Fire Protection) brings together the leading manufacturers of products for technical preventive fire protection in Germany. It also includes qualified fire protection companies that distribute and maintain the products of our manufacturers.
The member companies have set themselves the goal of advancing technical fire protection in Germany, as it serves to protect the safety
of people, property, and the environment. The research and development departments of our member companies work in a practice-oriented manner to optimize existing and develop new, innovative fire extinguishing technology.
We work closely with authorities, legislators, standardization institutes, property insurers, professional associations, and friendly associations.
We translate the results and findings on important industry topics that come from this close cooperation into up-to-date information.
