The conference brings together decision-makers from across Europe and is designed for a professional, expert audience. Moderated impulse sessions with international contributions form the basis for focused discussions and exchange.
The vfdb Congress will take place at the Convention Center (CC) in Room Munich. The venue is centrally located on the exhibition ground and easily accessible on foot.

The conference focuses on three key areas
1. The first two days explore the development of European emergency medical services, with a focus on digitalization, connectivity, and resilience. International experts provide insights into structures, funding, and reform approaches.
2. The third day addresses civil protection in the context of shifting security realities. Representatives from federal and state authorities, as well as organizations, discuss current challenges and strategic responses.
3. The final day focuses on federal and cross-border cooperation – from wildfire management to emerging European structures and initiatives.
