The security situation is changing rapidly – the CP Conference as part of INTERSCHUTZ, brings together key stakeholders under the theme “Civilians first: Operational Plan Germany 2.0!” The focus is on how civilian structures in Germany can be established in the future in a way that is effective, coordinated, and resilient.
Civilians first: Operational Plan for Germany 2.0!
June 2–3, 2026 | Congress Rooms Hall 19
Scenario: It’s June 2, 2029!
Complex threat environments, hybrid scenarios, cyber risks, energy and supply issues as well as the increasing interconnection of civilian and governmental actors are placing new expectations on politics, public administration, business, and emergency services. The conference addresses these developments and offers a platform for discussion on resilience, preparedness, and operational capability in crisis situations.
The focus is on how civil structures in Germany can be established in the future to be effective, coordinated, and resilient. High-level speakers will examine key aspects of modern civil protection.
The topics covered will span a broad spectrum, ranging from domestic and European policy frameworks, the role of business and industry, volunteerism, and the potential for civil society assistance, to cyber, IT, and drone issues in the context of crises.
That's why you shouldn't miss the CP Conference!
