Meier-Brakenberg GmbH, headquartered in Germany, has specialized in high-pressure technology for approximately 25 years. The company develops and markets mobile and stationary systems for agriculture and industry and has established itself particularly through practical solutions designed for demanding operating conditions. The combination of pump technology, drive technology, and user-friendly operation forms the basis for robust and reliable equipment.

Against the backdrop of increasing forest and wildfires caused by climate change, Meier-Brakenberg will present the “Fast Attack” high-pressure firefighting unit at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hanover. The system is designed as a mobile module and can be flexibly installed on various carrier vehicles such as ATVs, UTVs, pickups, vans, or traditional fire trucks. This ensures that the technology is quickly available even in hard-to-reach terrain. A self-sufficient 2-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric starter and an additional recoil starter enables rapid deployment without an external power source.

At the heart of the solution is the efficient use of water resources. A high-performance ceramic piston pump generates a pressure of up to 280 bar at a relatively low flow rate, producing a fine extinguishing mist. This mist counteracts heat and smoke gases through cooling, oxygen displacement, and the formation of a protective vapor layer. The system is complemented by a long-range nozzle with variable spray settings and a range of up to 15 meters, as well as a hose reel with 35 meters of high-pressure hose for safe handling. The compact and all-terrain design makes “Fast Attack” particularly suitable for the initial response to wildfires, in marshlands, or in agricultural settings, where rapid response times and effective firefighting are critical.
