The recently introduced TechLine Professional hose maintenance system impresses above all with its wide range of functions and astonishingly compact dimensions. It enables efficient pre-soaking, washing, testing, drying, and winding of DIN fire hoses in sizes D-C-B up to 35 meters in length on a footprint of just four square meters. According to the company, this new series, which is unique to date, combines optimum overview with maximum safety in the smallest of spaces.

Integrated stainless steel swivel casters allow for additional mobility of the system at any time, in addition to stationary installation. High-quality materials such as stainless steel, an anodized aluminum profile system, and shatterproof polycarbonate panels guarantee a long service life. All work steps of the TechLine Professional hose maintenance system are performed by electric drives in conjunction with a touchscreen control panel and industrial joystick.

The hoses are cleaned fully automatically using a hose washing machine with a combination of high-pressure nozzles and rotating cleaning brushes. An integrated water storage tank enables water-saving, fully automatic pressure testing of the hoses. The winding system integrated into the system enables single or double-layer winding of the hoses in a continuous work process.

The proprietary hose management software Hose Manager or various software interfaces to other systems simplify data management and enable complete documentation of test results. Optionally, the TechLine Professional hose maintenance system offers an integrated system for DIN-compliant pressure testing of water-carrying fittings and suction hoses.
