DPI has been in the personal protective equipment business for more than 100 years. Can you briefly tell us your history?

DPI has been contributing to the protection of people's health all over the world for more than 100 years. It all began in 1920, when Pirelli developed the first gas masks and diving equipment for the Italian army.

The road from 1920 is full of goals, such as the creation of the first self-contained breathing apparatus in 1935, the birth of the Sèkur brand and the implementation of a complete range of respiratory protection devices, like our SCBA Diablo, a stable and reliable product that protects firefighters worldwide.

In 2021 we became part of the main Italian industrial group, Leonardo, who recognized us as an absolute excellence in qualified respiratory protection.
