‘We are delighted that numerous well-known companies such as Binz, WAS, aid organisations and X-CEN-TEK, Dönges from Germany or Spencer, Trelleborg Slovenija or Zumro Resqtec as global players from abroad have already registered,’ says Head of INTERSCHUTZ Bernd Heinold. ‘This underlines the importance of the world's leading trade fair for global hazard defence.’

In addition to the German Red Cross (DRK), the Italian Red Cross will also be represented as an exhibitor for the first time, providing an insight into the capabilities of the Italian rescue service alongside the Italian Fire & Rescue Service. Other German organisations such as the Johanniter, the Malteser Hilfsdienst, the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund and the DLRG will also provide an insight into their diverse work.

‘Particularly in view of global crises, climate change and natural disasters, it is more important than ever that we network internationally,’ emphasises Heinold. ‘INTERSCHUTZ brings together users and decision-makers from fire services and aid organisations, emergency services, authorities, politics and associations as well as researchers, developers and industry. There are also high-ranking international delegations. A mixture that is probably unique.’

Just like the rescue services, fire fighting, civil protection, fire prevention, protective equipment and communications and control centre solutions are among the key topics. The motto of the trade fair is ‘Safeguarding tomorrow’. It is all about the ideas and innovations of tomorrow. ‘The companies and institutions that have already registered for INTERSCHUTZ 2026 are also demonstrating their willingness to invest in the future,’ says Bernd Heinold. ‘You can be there too!’

INTERSCHUTZ 2026 will take place from 1 to 6 June 2026 at the exhibition grounds in Hanover.
