If you don't train today, you risk failing to save lives tomorrow
At INTERSCHUTZ 2026, IDEX Fire & Safety will present a comprehensive, interactive exhibition dedicated to the future of firefighting and technical rescue. Located in Hall 33 with live activities right next door in outdoor area N73, IDEX Fire & Safety brings together the leading rescue and firefighting brands LUKAS, Vetter, AWG, Alco, Godiva, and others under a single, integrated pavilion concept.
Connected Technology for Complex Scenarios
The exhibition combines equipment, expert knowledge, and realistic application examples, demonstrating how modern rescue and firefighting systems must function as connected solutions to address the increasing complexity of emergencies. Visitors to the pavilion will experience live demonstrations of hydraulic rescue equipment, stabilization and lifting systems, water delivery and foam technologies, as well as practical insights into interoperability, ergonomics, and operational efficiency. The focus throughout is on solutions that simplify decision-making, reduce physical strain, and increase the safety of emergency responders in high-pressure situations.
Pure Realism: Training at the Limit
A central feature of IDEX Fire & Safety’s exhibition is CRASH DAYS INTERSCHUTZ, an intensive, dynamic live training program taking place in outdoor area N73, directly in front of Hall 33. Led by the LUKAS Rescue League, these events feature practical rescue exercises using real, crashed modern vehicles, including cars, buses, trucks, and agricultural machinery. Instead of staged demonstrations, CRASH DAYS places participants in realistic, time-critical rescue scenarios that reflect the physical, technical, and organizational challenges of real-world operations.
Answers to Tomorrow’s Mobility
Both in the pavilion and in the outdoor area, the focus is clearly on practical relevance and professional development. The exhibits and training sessions highlight how rescue tactics and equipment must evolve in response to new vehicle materials, alternative propulsion systems, and increasingly complex accident scenarios. Live demonstrations, expert-led discussions, and direct interaction with specialists illustrate how integrated equipment solutions and realistic training can improve speed, coordination, and decision-making under pressure.
Working Together for Global Operational Safety
The overarching goal of IDEX Fire & Safety’s presence at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 is to support the global firefighting and rescue community by enhancing operational readiness and fostering a shared understanding. By combining innovation, live demonstrations, and high-quality training in a unified pavilion, IDEX Fire & Safety aims to create a platform for fruitful exchange, collaboration, and forward-looking dialogue—thereby reaffirming its commitment to equipping and training emergency responders so they can operate with confidence, efficiency, and safety under the most demanding conditions.
