Training with AI agents

Vitaco.de GmbH, based in Worms, develops digital solutions for emergency response organizations. The company focuses on optimizing personnel scheduling and training for fire departments, emergency medical services, and disaster response agencies. Through its applications, the company addresses key challenges such as a shortage of skilled workers, the increasing complexity of operations, and growing requirements for qualifications and documentation.

At INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hanover, the Worms-based company will present two core products: the shift planning software “HeroShift” and the training platform “Stabstrainer.” HeroShift supports organizations with duty scheduling, time tracking, and payroll preparation. The system automatically checks qualifications, rest periods, and contract terms, making scheduling easier, particularly for service providers with varying deployment locations. Last-minute absences can be compensated for directly via the app, which increases operational flexibility.

With “Stabstrainer,” Vitaco is targeting the field of training and drills. The web-based platform enables the digital execution of command post exercises for fire departments, the THW, and disaster management agencies. An AI-powered scenario generator creates realistic training scenarios from just a few parameters, while AI agents can simulate missing roles within a command post. This allows exercises to be prepared efficiently and carried out even with limited personnel resources.

The company’s presence at INTERSCHUTZ underscores the software developers’ commitment to advancing practical digital tools for emergency response organizations and sustainably strengthening their operational readiness.
