Information Service and Customer Center
Our Information Center (IC) is centrally located on the Exhibition Grounds and is open daily from 9.00 to 18.00 hours. Here you will find all important information and service facilities.

Are you looking for an exhibitor or specific products? You exhibit at the show and need last minute flyers and posters? Would you like an exclusive restaurant to end the day with your colleagues and business partners?
At our numerous "EBi" information counters in the halls and entrance areas, experienced staff is available to you for this purpose. You will find the locations on our site plan.
To help you find exhibitors quickly, our website, the trade fair app and experienced staff are available at our numerous information counters in the halls and entrance areas.
Our tip: Take note of exhibitors, products and events on our website and plan your optimal route across the exhibition grounds. After registering online, your data can be automatically synchronised with the trade fair app.
The Daily Program provides a chronological overview of the events for each day.
In the Event Search , you can browse the program using specific search terms and filters.
Service Facilities
The restaurants and bistros on the exhibition ground leave nothing to be desired - from elegant to rustic, from exclusive menus to quick snacks for in between. Bistros and/or restaurants can be found in all exhibition halls. In addition, snack points are located throughout the grounds. You will also find a wide range of offers in the outdoor area. Facilities for the Disabled on the Exhibition Ground
During the fair, people with restricted mobility have free access to chauffeured vehicles for rides within the exhibition complex. To order this service, see your contacts below.
Please note that lavatories are only accessible in halls that are in operation for the restrictive show. Each hall has a visitor information (EBi), whose staff will be happy to assist you.
Free Wi-Fi with the SSID "MESSEfreewifi" is available in all event halls, entrance areas and in parts of the outdoor area
In addition hotspots (5 GHz frequency range) are available in a variety of locations on site, including all entrance areas, "EBi" infopoints, snack bars and bistros.
