INTERSCHUTZ is open to visitors daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For more details, click here .

Yes. In accordance with regulations issued by the State Government of Lower Saxony, the exhibition grounds are a weapon-free zone. Carrying knives or any sharp or dangerous objects is not permitted.

Yes, ATMs are available at the following locations: North Entrance 1, South Entrance 1, the Information Center (IC), and the west side of Hall 13.
The Site Map includes the locations of the ATMs, among other things.
Yes, coat check and luggage storage are available at the NORTH 1 and WEST 1 entrances (Hall 13).
Storage fees: Coat check €3.00 / Luggage €4.00 (cashless payment only)
No, lockers are not available.
The first-aid station is located next to North Entrance 1.
Only service dogs and certified rescue dogs (proof required) are permitted at INTERSCHUTZ. These dogs may enter the grounds free of charge.
The Lost and Found Office is located in the Information Center (IC), rooms 00.136–00.139.
Items that are not claimed will be taken to the City of Hanover’s Lost and Found Office (Am Schützenplatz 1, 30169 Hanover) after the fair.

There is a changing station in the first-aid station (next to the NORD1 entrance).

Yes, numerous food and beverage stands inside the halls and in the outdoor area look forward to your visit.
No, riding e-scooters is not permitted for safety reasons and to protect all visitors.
Information for People with Disabilities
Accessible parking is available on parking decks NORTH 2 and NORTH 5. Please present your disability parking permit to gain priority access.

If a companion is listed on your disability ID card, you can request a free ticket by emailing ticket-team@messe.de. Please include your invoice reference number or ticket registration code, as well as a copy of your disability ID card.
During the trade show, vehicles with drivers are available free of charge to visitors with mobility impairments for travel within the exhibition grounds.
Electric wheelchairs can be rented free of charge on a daily basis. Visitors who require a wheelchair can be picked up at the entrance.

Getting here by public transportation, car, RV, etc.
You can reach the exhibition grounds (Main Entrance NORTH) from Hannover Central Station via light rail lines 8 or 18 (stop: Hannover Messe/Nord) in about 18 minutes. For more information, click here .
Please note that only the NORD1, WEST1, and WEST2 entrances to the exhibition grounds are open.
There is no entrance in the immediate vicinity of the Hannover Messe/Laatzen S-Bahn station or the Hannover Messe/Ost (EXPO-Plaza) U-Bahn stop.
Please enter “Hermesallee, 30521 Hannover” as your destination in your navigation system. This street runs north of the exhibition grounds.

Parking fees are €16.00 for a passenger car, €17.00 for a van or RV (daily parking), and €25.00 for a bus. For more details, please click here .
