The new WTC 700 UF mobile water purification system is the same system as the WTC 500 but can produce more clean water by means of reverse osmosis using an additional membrane. The WTC 700 purifies up to 700 litres of drinking water per hour and is especially suitable in situations, when it is unclear, if fresh or salt water or even chemically contaminated water is to be purified. The system is made from high quality materials and proven components, which guarantee extreme reliability. The purification process does not require the use of any chemicals, not even anti-scalant for the pre-treatment and chlorine is only added to the purified water to minimise the risk of recontamination during storage. A quick and intuitive operation is ensured by the clear and systematic arrangement of the user interface. The system can be carried using the integrated carrying handles. All surfaces in contact with drinking water comply with internationally recognised standards and regulations (e.g. DVGW, KTW, KIWA, NSF or ACS). Our customers have used Kärcher Futuretech systems in a variety of national and international missions to treat and distribute raw water to drinking water. The respective requirements for drinking water quality (e.g. German Drinking Water Ordinance 2001, WHO Drinking Water Guidelines) were fully complied with. Based on the same basic design, the WTC 500 reaches an output of up to 500 litres due to a smaller membrane surface.
