The system is intended for the evacuation of persons. It allows patients with highly contagious diseases to be transported from a contaminated area to a clean area. The patient is isolated in the ventilated sheath, which can be opened and closed with the use of zipper systems. Ambient air is drawn in via a non-return valve with the use of a battery-operated (alternatively, with a vehicle or 220 V power source) fan and delivered to the patient in a controlled manner. Similarly, the air within the sheath is also released into the ambient atmosphere in a controlled manner through the filters. The fan can be operated for 4-6 hours. If the airflow volume falls below the minimum value, the fan will trigger an alarm. The enclosure is operated with 2 to 5 mbar of negative pressure, thereby protecting the environment from being contaminated by the patient in the case of leaks. The contaminated enclosure can be removed and replaced with a clean one in a few easy steps.
