The Specter is a seamless knitted cut resistant glove made from a high-performance yarn combination made of HPPE (High Performance Polyethylene), fiberglass, nylon and spandex. Through the use of these high-tech fibers, robust cut protection and pleasant wearing comfort can be combined. For example, the HPPE fiber is not only lightweight, but also makes the glove particularly cut and resistant to abrasion. This is also confirmed by the results of the standard tests; Specter has been certified according to the latest standard EN 388: 2016 for protective gloves against mechanical risks. The result: The mechanical protection properties with regard to abrasion, cut, tear propagation and puncture resistance are 4-X-4-3. The additional cut protection test according to the new standard EN 13997 also proves the high level of class C protection. Rescue workers need these, for example, when recovering accident vehicles or when dealing with sharp edges or cutting glass. A washing certificate has confirmed washing at 60 °C.
