Namirial CPI win Sprinkler and Hydrant BIM calculates and verifies sprinkler, hydrant, and hose reel systems and assists the fire-fighting professionals through all the necessary steps to create and complete a fire protection project. By uploading one or more background dwg or dxf file, or by choosing plans from an IFC file,provided by ARCHLine.XP, it is possible to design a fire protection system in a few steps, using the drawing tools that the software provides to the user. To speed up the drawing process, if you have a dwg file with a sprinkler/ hydrant system already sketched on it, if the fire protection system is represented by a specific layer, and the components of a fire protection project are defined as blocks, the software can convert the layer into pipes and the blocks into the components that represent sprinklers, hydrants, valves. The siftware verifies the systems according to the indications of UNI EN 12845, NFPA 13 and UNI 10779, following and verifying if the entered data are congruent with the chosen Code but the management of the project data in absolute freedom. Integration with ArchLine.XP extends these functions, starting from an IFC file that contains the list of all the rooms of a building, CPI win Sprinkler and Hydrant BIM allows to fill with sprinklers all the areas and rooms selected from the list proposed in the IFC file.
At any stage of the project, it is possible to visualize and verify the development of the system within the building by synchronizing CPI win Sprinklers and Hydrants BIM and ArchLine.XP. Furthermore, in a bidirectional way, it is possible to make changes to the drawing directly in ARCHLine.XP, such as displacements, diameter changes. obtaining the changes also in CPI win, which will be verified by a check-up of the drawing.The whole design completed, calculated, and dimensioned can be exported in dwg format as well as the completed and calculated project with the related information can be exported in IFC format.
