Hannover. Germany. Given the current challenges, the topics of INTERSCHUTZ are more relevant than ever before. 1,000 companies from 50 countries as well as the participating associations and organizations will present the solutions for the challenges of our time. This makes it all the more important for them all to meet and exchange ideas at INTERSCHUTZ in Hanover in June, to maintain and expand important networks and to establish new ones.
Dr. Dieter Siegel, CEO Rosenbauer International AG: "Social and technological change, as well as tackling the effects of climate change, pose major challenges for fire departments worldwide. Against this background, the exchange with customers and partners is particularly important. We look forward to presenting our contributions at Interschutz on how the tasks of emergency services can be managed more efficiently and the resilience of society strengthened."
Boris Pistorius, Lower Saxony Minister of the Interior and Sport: "In view of the attack on Ukraine, the world is facing a completely new security situation. This not only has consequences for foreign policy and external defense, but is just as much a central challenge for internal security in Europe. In this context, it is of crucial importance, especially now, that industry, science, decision-makers, executives as well as emergency forces and users of fire departments, rescue services and civil protection meet at the world's leading trade fair INTERSCHUTZ 2022 in Hanover. Especially now, it is important to develop answers to these challenges together with our international and European partners. That's why we need the innovative power of INTERSCHUTZ 2022."
Karl-Heinz Banse, President of the German Fire Service Association: "The professional exchange on topics such as population protection and disaster management and also the technical advancement, for example in digitalization, are more important than ever in these times considering the war in Ukraine. INTERSCHUTZ, with its internationality, offers exactly the right framework for cross-border networking, not only in these areas!"
Dirk Aschenbrenner, President of the Association for the Promotion of German Fire Protection (vfdb): "We are impatiently counting the days until INTERSCHUTZ and are looking forward to the major industry get-together where manufacturers, developers and users come together. To inform and to network. Current events show that technology, equipment and training must once again come into sharper focus. That's why the trade fair comes at just the right time to get to know innovative products and to take a look at the possibilities of the future, which we need to make even safer together. As an international showcase, INTERSCHUTZ offers a vast amount of possible solutions and ideas for population protection and civil hazard prevention."
Leif Brünslow, Marketing Firefighters and Authorities, Dräger: "We are very much looking forward to INTERSCHUTZ and the direct exchange with our customers on site about our new products, innovations and solutions."
