No retirement even after 42 INTERSCHUTZ years
Matthias Ludwig from the Association for the Promotion of German Fire Protection (vfdb) has accompanied INTERSCHUTZ for 42 years. In particular, he represents the interests of the many non-profit exhibitors. On Saturday, he was appointed Special Representative of the world's leading trade fair at the close of INTERSCHUTZ 2022.

Dr. Jochen Köckler, Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Messe AG, and vfdb President Dirk Aschenbrenner presented "Mr. Interschutz", as he has been called for years, with a framed certificate and a gift.
The two well-wishers praised Matthias Ludwig as a personality who always brought people together and networked them. He had helped the INTERSCHUTZ format develop into what it is today.
