The new Customer Center in Viersen, North Rhine-Westphalia, promises to provide optimum service direct from the manufacturer for Rosenbauer’s entire wide-ranging portfolio, from protective boots to airport fire trucks. The new site is part of the company’s drive to get closer to customers and will serve North Rhine-Westphalia, neighboring regions of Germany and the Benelux countries, offering a central point of contact for all vehicles, equipment, extinguishing systems and all other products.

To start with, the Viersen center will be staffed by a service team of seven Rosenbauer employees, but there are plans for continuous expansion. A sales center is to be added to offer fire services wide-ranging specialist advice and consulting relating to Rosenbauer products for municipal applications, industrial plants and airports. Along with the two other Rosenbauer Service Centers in Germany (Luckenwalde in Brandenburg and Karlsruhe in Baden-Württemberg), the new complex in Viersen will symbolize dependability and customer proximity and prove that Rosenbauer’s advice, support and service don’t stop at the point of sale.
