We provide reliable and modular stations for filling cylinders and fire extinguishers with CO2 coming from cryogenic storage tanks. The filling process can be carried out under manual or automatic control, according to the selected filling manifold. A wide range of possible configurations improve filling operations and fit the filling station to customer productivity, from small to large requirements. The CO2 stations are equipped with the following components:- Piston pump, 103D series. Perfectly integrated into our stations, the 103D model is a cost-effective solution allowing reduced operational costs. The unit allows a fast start-up up to a steady state. Ordinary maintenance can be achieved quickly with no need to employ skilled staff. - Filling manifold, FCD22 model (manual control) or FCD222 model (automatic control). The FCD series allows a single operator to fill the cylinders on one or two scales, also while filling bundles on a dedicate scale at the same time. When using FCD model with automatic control, by setting the quantity of product to be filled, operations will automatically stop once the selected net weight has been achieved. - Electric control panel, QE series for pump and filling station control - Filling control scales, BE series, with digital display - Pneumatic locking vices, AIR4/BIL series, specifically designed to be installed on the scale to hold the cylinder during filling operations - Installation footboard, SSWS series, to avoid civil works for the weighing scales installation.
Clean agents employed for fire suppression represent an up to date application featuring high potentialities for its continuous R&D.
