22nd Hannover Emergency Care Symposium
Next year, the 22nd Hannover Emergency Care Symposium will be staged at INTERSCHUTZ. Organized jointly by the Lower Saxony/Bremen St John Ambulance Training Academy, Hannover Medical School (MHH) and the German Fire Protection Association (GFPA), the symposium is a two-day event, running on 14 and 19 June 2021.
Convention Center Hannover (Room 3)
As always, it will feature presentations by emergency medicine and emergency management experts on a broad array of topics.
This year, the mix includes various highly topical aspects of emergency care (such as skills development and competence in the rescue services, tele-emergency medicine, and skills shortages), the challenges of mass and multi-casualty events, and the need to keep notions of accepted best practice up to date. There will also be an interactive discussion of special (emergency) cases, plus practical workshops on NIV and CPAP ventilatory support, virtual reality in emergency care training, airway management and rapid interpretation of 12-channel ECGs.
Admission to the symposium is by means of a ticket that is also valid for admission to INTERSCHUTZ.
