"We are expecting a record attendance of 1,400 exhibitors from 49 nations. The displays will exceed a total of 100,000 square metres for the first time", says Dr. Jochen Köckler, member of the Board of Deutsche Messe with responsibility for INTERSCHUTZ 2015.

The German Fire Prevention Association (vfdb), German Fire Services Association (DFV) and the German Engineering Federation (VDMA) have teamed up with Deutsche Messe to present a unique combination of commercial and non-commercial exhibitors. Covering a broader spectrum of themes than ever before, this years INTERSCHUTZ will be a showcase for the four key pillars on which the show has always rested: fire prevention, disaster relief, rescue services, safety and security. At the same time INTERSCHUTZ 2015 is also more internationally represented than any previous show. The top ten exhibiting nations are China, Italy, the USA, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Austria, India, Poland and the Czech Republic. For the first time INTERSCHUTZ will boast Partner Country Days and Meeting Points. The program also includes various spectacular demonstrations and approx. 50 conferences.

The organizers expect more than 125,000 visitors from all over the world. 70 per cent of the visitors play a key role in the investment decisions of their company or organization.
