Protos® follows the modular integral principle, therefore there are no protruding parts that may cause it to get caught on objects. Accessories can be added or removed as needed.
The shape and design of Protos® are focused on the safety of the wearer. Hence, the two-tone covering offers increased visibility and the shape of the outer shell ensures the distribution of impact effects. Due to the deep elongated outer shell, the helmet provides all-round protection, which is even further enhanced by the ear protection. The Koroyd® of the green shock absorbing insert has been applied for the first time in a Protos® helmet and is a technology used in aircraft construction.
The patented neck shell ensures a secure grip of Protos® in any situation. Thanks to a special guide on the neck shell, the chin strap can be worn without any discomfort. The ventilation holes allow air circulation.
The modular concept allows the use of Protos® in all fields of application in compliance with the EN166, EN397, EN352-3, EN1731, EN1078 and EN12492 standards.
The final production takes place in Koblach, Austria, and the entire production within a distance of 300km.
