Product description

Current bags for rapid intervention teams are designed to be carried onto the scene - usually by one or two firemen. Considering weight and volume of the necessary air-provision equipment, the dangers on the scene, and the urgency to get to your missing or injured colleagues as quickly as possible, it becomes clear that this is not the ideal solution.

The GEARBAG Rapid Intervention Case tackles the problem directly at the source. Easy rolling instead of heavy carrying! The integrated trolley system with its telescope handle and two diecast aluminium wheels can be easily transported onto the scene by one fireman only. The handle can be stowed away in a zipper pocket when it is not being used. The robust bottom of the GEARBAG consists of a three millimeter thick plate with three slide bars and can be towed over curbs or other edges without being damaged.

The interior provides sufficient space to stow a complete respiratory protection device including carrying plate and banding. To avoid damage, the device can be securely fixated with three fastening straps (38 millimeters wide) and corresponding clip buckles. Consequently, already at the fire services available (standby-) devices can be used in order to save costs. The practical zipper compartment enables quick access to both respirator (already attached to the respiratory protection device) and cylinder valve.

The GEARBAG is completely padded to protect your respiratory protection equipment. Six more interior net pockets and a zipper pocket within the cover provide additional space to neatly stow rescue blanket, rescue stretchers, webbing slings, dressing material, knife, scissors and more. A fastener for a fire axe (or a Halligan tool) is located on the bag's side. The KOMPBI Rope Bag can also be attached by clip buckles to integrate a rescue rope. These two clever features considerably lighten the burden on rapid intervention teams. They are rid of the equipment's weight and got their hands free.
