Durable Hose-DUZ is a 3-ply Nitrile rubber municipal fire hose with both the cover and liner extruded independently and double vulcanized along with high tensile strength polyester reinforcement for maximum durability and flexibility. Ribbed Nitrile rubber cover greatly increases abrasion resistance, provides long service life and the tightly woven reinforcement resists puncture. Smooth liner keeps friction loss to a minimum and is the best-in-kind. Hose remains flexible to temperatures as low as -5°F (-20°C) and is resistant to ozone, oxidation, and most chemicals or petroleum products. Different Nitrile/PVC blend ratio results in different applications. Durable Hose-DUZ is manufactured in accordance with BS6391 standard, latest edition within our ISO-9001: 2000 certified quality assurance system.Construction:High tenacity filament polyester or Nylon filament as warp and weft, nitrile rubber cover and liner.Application: Delivery of water in self-propelled machines for irrigation, Delivery of liquid fertilizers (sludge type), Agricultural irrigation guns, Supply hose, Installations in high abrasion conditions, Front and side pivots, In-plant maintenance.
