Delivery period for complimentary tickets

The delivery period for complimentary tickets (paper tickets or eTickets) is as follows:

• Complimentary tickets (paper tickets) with standard company imprint or customized imprint will generally be delivered between 14 and 21 days of receiving your order.
• Complimentary tickets (paper tickets) with the following general imprint: "Please visit us at our stand" in English and German will be delivered within a few days of receiving your order.
• eTickets with standard company imprint or customized imprint can be delivered within one working day of receiving your order.

Shipment within Germany takes from 1 to 4 workdays.
Shipment to the rest of Europe and worldwide generally takes around 8 to 12 workdays.
We cannot guarantee these times, and provide them merely as orientation aids for your benefit.
