Hot exercise!

ROSENBAUER will present two spectacular demonstrations for the benefit of an international audience at INTERSCHUTZ. A "hot exercise" involving a burning airplane fuselage will be carried using the extinguishing arm of a PANTHER - a top-of-the-line airport firefighting vehicle. The focus will be on the extinguishing arm's integrated piercing tool and how it is deployed to extinguish the fire inside the fuselage: The puncturing jet first pierces the cabin hull, then emits a fine mist to extinguish the fire in the airplane's interior.

In a second spectacular scenario, ROSENBAUER will demonstrate how a motorcycle outfitted with a poly-extinguishing apparatus can take the curves in an obstacle course and expertly extinguish a fire.
