Live shows on the open-air site

The bleachers at the demonstration grounds can seat 3,000 and they will be filled to capacity when the disaster and emergency rescue demonstrations are on. Located on the open-air site in the north-east section of the exhibition center, the grounds will host spectacular shows and live displays every day of the fair from 10 am to 5.30 pm. The highlights will include firefighting and fire protection demonstrations and simulated rescue operations. The organizers are reporting strong exhibitor interest in this part of INTERSCHUTZ.

Hazchem Incidents

The training exercises will be demonstrated live at INTERSCHUTZ by Essen Fire Department crews.

Decontamination

The decontamination tents will feature a demonstration of the latest techniques for decontaminating people affected by radiation or chemical or biological agents.

Leipzig Fire Department

Every day of the fair, from 10:30 am to about 12 noon, the department will be holding a talk show at its stand.
